MV Transportation Named Corporate Citizen of the Year by the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials
July 16, 2007 — MV Transportation, Inc. was named Corporate Citizen of the Year by the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) at its annual conference in Miami in June. MV Transportation is the largest African-American and woman-owned transportation contracting management firm in the country. Founded in San Francisco in 1975 by Feysan Lodde, in conjunction with her husband Alex, MV now employs more than 9,000 transit professionals and operates more than 5,000 vehicles in 25 states and the District of Columbia.
